Shipping locations

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Our warehouse is located in NSW.

For other locations, please select country in the website header menu.


Orders are generally dispatched the next business day

Standard shipping = $7.50

Express shipping = $15.00

Free standard shipping for orders over $125


Standard shipping times:

  • NSW, VIC, ACT: 3-6 business days
  • QLD: 3-9 business days
  • SA, WA, NT, TAS: 7-14 business days

We accept returns and exchanges!

Items must be unopened and undamaged, and within 90 days of receipt.

To initiate the returns process, click on My Orders in the More Info menu, and log in to view your previous order details. From there you can submit a return request. 

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.50, which includes a restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

You must take care to ensure that the Goods are properly packaged.

Once Our warehouse confirms receipt of the Goods, we will be able to initiate the refund or exchange.

Shipping issues

Change or cancel your order

To change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders are automatically synced with our warehouse fulfilment, so we only have a small window of opportunity to make changes!

Delayed Orders

We manage to fulfil around 97% of our orders within the forecasted delivery time, however occasionally there are delays with our couriers and orders may take longer than expected.

Orders lost in the mail

A package is considered lost when there have been 15 days since the last recorded activity on the tracking information.

At this point we are able to make a claim with our shipping company and we'll be able to send you a replacement order. Please contact us when this happens.

Missing Orders

Sometimes the tracking info will say the order has been delivered, but the order will appear to be missing.

It sounds odd, but often in these cases the tacking is inaccurate and the package can turn up 1-3 days later.

If you order still hasn't turned up a few days later, please contact us with your order details and we'll take it from there.
